How to create an Invoice?
Start by entering your business and client details in the "Profiles" step. Move to the "Billing" step to add your line items, set your tax/discount, and provide a date. Finally, review your preview and download your professional PDF.
Is this tool completely free?
Yes. This is a 100% free, browser-based invoice generator. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or watermarks on your downloaded PDFs.
Where is my data stored?
Your privacy is our priority. All business and client data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We do not transmit or store your sensitive information on any external servers.
Can I save multiple clients and business profiles?
Absolutely. You can save as many profiles as you need. Use the dropdown menus in Step 1 to switch between different business identities or regular clients instantly. If you also wish to store 'Notes & Terms', and a 'Signature Name' with your Business Profile, please fill in those details in step 2 first, and then click the 'Save Profile' button.
What if I clear my browser data?
Clearing your browser cache or "Site Data" will remove your saved profiles. To prevent data loss, always use the "Backup Data" button to save a copy of your settings to your computer.
